A Quick Question

Over the past few weeks, I have started a couple of blog entries about a few different performances I recently attended -- The Odd Couple and Mandy Patinkin in Concert, specifically -- and, being who I am, for a myriad of reasons, I never got around to finishing and posting them. So my question is this...

Are you Gentle Readers interested enough in what I have to say about said evenings for me to finish and post them, or should I just delete the unposted posts and look to the future? Majority rules.

Drop me a line and tell me what you think, okay? Inquiring minds want to know.

I would be interested in seeing them.

It depends entirely on the nature of the post. If you are simply posting a recommendation to see or avoid a show which is no longer running, then there isn't much point. If you are discussing the nature of the show and how they went about succeeding or failing, then it's interesting. Well considered criticism is always interesting. A mere recommendation can be helpful, but not after the show as closed. You are your own best litmus test. If you think you would read the blog entry and think "That was interesting," then post it. If you think you would read it and think, "Thanks a lot. now I've missed a great show," or "I could have used this info before I wasted my $20," then don't bother.

Yes, this reader is interested in reading those entries. The nature of a blog is to post opinions, ideas and experiences - sharing with people who consider you a friend, personally or professionally. Those of us not living in the L.A. area wouldn't be reading for advice about attending, so hearing about an enjoyable or unenjoyable time is a nice one-sided, slice-of-life conversation on your part, not a see-or-don't-see review.
